Konstantinos Giamarelos<\/strong> was born in 1973, and as he grew up, he learned all the secrets of aromatic plants alongside his father, always with respect for nature and the environment.<\/p>\n

Today, continuing with his two daughters the course of the company, which has been named “The Village of Herbs<\/strong>“, they try to become worthy of his dreams and to evolve according to the requirements of the new era.<\/p>\n

THE CROPS<\/strong><\/p>\n

When starting the cultivation of aromatic plants and herbs, we always make sure that the planting area is at an altitude of more than 600 m, in a natural environment, and that there are no other crops that use pesticides.<\/p>\n

COLLECTION AND DRYING (STANDARDIZATION)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The drying of plants is done in the natural environment using the richness of the earth.<\/p>\n

Each species is harvested in its season and must be at the appropriate ripeness.<\/p>\n

The standardization of the final products is done by hand with passion and love, always strictly observing all sanitary rules.<\/p>\n
