Konstantinos Giamarelos was born in 1973, and as he grew up, he learned all the secrets of aromatic plants alongside his father, always with respect for nature and the environment.

Today, continuing with his two daughters the course of the company, which has been named “The Village of Herbs“, they try to become worthy of his dreams and to evolve according to the requirements of the new era.

THE CROPS

When starting the cultivation of aromatic plants and herbs, we always make sure that the planting area is at an altitude of more than 600 m, in a natural environment, and that there are no other crops that use pesticides.

COLLECTION AND DRYING (STANDARDIZATION)

The drying of plants is done in the natural environment using the richness of the earth.

Each species is harvested in its season and must be at the appropriate ripeness.

The standardization of the final products is done by hand with passion and love, always strictly observing all sanitary rules.
