Defective Product

In the event that you receive a defective product, please inform us within 3 days* of the date of receipt of your order so that we can replace it, or refund the amount of money paid for the purchase of the defective product.

The transport costs in the event of a defective product are borne by Us.

Return/Cancellation of Order

You have the right to cancel your order and return the products* you have purchased online or by phone within 14 days from the day of receipt.

It is a necessary condition that you notify us by phone or electronically in case you wish to return your order, which must contain the proof of payment.

Refunds are made after we have received and checked the products and in any case within 14 working days, in the same way you paid.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
